You know, I think everyone in government should be made to read Douglas Comer’s Internetworking with TCP/IP before making decisions on how the Internet should function, and even then should keep nerds on their staff to brief them on such matters (and convince them that they don’t know nearly enough to stand up and give a lecture on the subject).
